Day One
" Then the cloud covered the Tent of
Meeting” (Exodus 40:34a).
The
cloud symbolized the presence of God with the people of Israel. When God first
spoke to Moses, He appeared as the fire in a burning bush. When Jesus came as
Immanuel – God with us – it was a matter of great significance. He was not a
symbol. He was really God.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that You are still
with us today – in our hearts.
